RANEPA and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation carried out a unique educational program Effective management in healthcare in 2016.
The goal of the program is to development managerial competencies and skills in the field of state regulation in the health sector, the implementation of territorial programs of state guarantees for providing free medical aid, development and implementation of programs for preferential medicines to the population on the level of health authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation. 15 heads of healthcare management bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation have undergone training.
The program consisted of 4 modules:
1. State regulation of the health system: goals and objectives
2. Institutional issues of quality of medical technologies
3. Capital and innovations for healthcare development
4. Social factors and social service in the healthcare sphere
Project works played an important part in the training. The participants of the program developed projects dedicated to the topics of separate territorial programs of state development in public health in the Russian Federation, as well as urgent tasks of healthcare development in the regions. Defence of the projects took place before an expert commission headed by the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation,Veronika Skvortsova.
