1979:  Graduated from the Economics Faculty at the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Economics and Mathematics.

1991: Graduated from the Institute of Labour of the Ministry of Labour of the Russian Federation, obtained PhD in Economic Sciences.

2005: Conferred the title of the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).  

1996 – 1997: Held the course “Modern Economic and Social Policy in Russia” at the New Economic School.

Since 2002: Director, Bureau of Economic Analysis.

2003 – 2007: Head and Lecturer of the course “Modern Social Policy” for Masters of the Faculty of Sociology of the Higher School of Economics.

2006:  Associate Professor, Economic Sociology Department, Faculty of Sociology, Higher School of Economics.

At present: Director, the Institute of Social Analysis and Forecasting, RANEPA.

Authored over 80 scientific papers.

Board member, Association of Independent Centers of Economic Analysis.

Member, Academic Council of the Demography Institute, Higher School of Economics.
